Er, yes they do, and I think you knew that.

My point is that no EUA has been granted to any product that had trials in fewer than a thosuand (or in some case may more) patients.

My links prove precisely that, by listing the products that have EUAs granted by FDA:

A moment's research (something I recommend to anybody tempted to bet real money on a sketchy penny stock like IPIX) will confirm that each of these products was tested in way more than 120 patients with COVID.
