It's because there's CE on the ticker. The only broker that lets you buy it with CE right now is Schwab, once the CE comes down you'll be able to buy again with most brokers, or if you need OTC coding.
Either way, I opened up Schwab account and took opportunity of snagging couple hundred thousands before the price corrects up.
It's not letting you because of the CE. They are pink current and have everything they need updated and submitted to remain that way. Only thing keeping you from trading is the CE. Unless you are in Canada or Europe.
