It really is. The way he's kept the share structure unscathed kinda gives the impression his intentions were to build Trio via the production side rather than bloat. Or maybe just a result of where the the other one ended up and thought TRII would quickly get kicked down by association. Either or both is possible. First things first.. has to be current by the end of the month. I don't think the new rule allows for those never ending extensions. We'll know soon enough.. current this month or bust.
