hello Mephisto, it is a formula, it is not signed in blood. But it all depends on if gold is leading the shares or if shares are leading gold. I suspect this time around the shares might lead the gold so then this formula wouldnt apply.
so if gold goes up from $600 to %750 then company XYZ which is worth $70 per share goes to $122.50 per share. This formula really only applies to the blueribbons. When you come down the food chain it gets bigger. Then when you hit the juniors your looking at movements of 1000%.
But I think this next move will be with the shares going first.. I can not remember just which year it was maybe 2000 that year the shares lead gold... don't quote me on the year 2000 I would need to check that one out..but you got the picture.. mule
