Someone decided to grab 2 million shares while the getting is good.
Its funny the last trade to 0.0059 was for 10,000 shares, $59.00. No one needs to trade 10k shares, definite dinking around. But it doesn't matter without news. I suspect there could have been some sales while at the conference in Vegas given their competitors didn't have hardware. That puts IGEN in the position of being able to say "I have 1000 units, but there are a lot of people interested in them because computer chips are hard to get. If you want to be able to track your cars in the next few months grab these before someone else does". Boom, they get someone to sign the dotted line right there and right then.
