MB-looks like those in the money warrants were exercised giving SEARCH a little extra cash in the till. We have drill results coming early Oct. 2021, Pilot Plant & PEA 1st quarter of 2022... They are executing their plan finally after 12 years of setting the table... I agree with you- USA Rare Earths would be an ideal partnership in the making once they go public later this year. USARE may try & do a similar deal with Search like they did with TMRC. IMHO It will not take a large investment either from them ($50 Million+/- for a percentage like they did with TMRC) as the CAPEX for both Foxtrot & Deep Fox (open pit) will be less than $100 million IMHO. Without the other resources/properties even being accounted for! Search can keep those in their portfolio & generate cash flow on Foxtrot & Deep Fox... should be interesting to see how it plays out...
I have no doubt that by 2023 this will at least be trading at 10X current value or @$1.50/share... My problem is my limited funds to buy! A large portion of my crazy money has been locked in you know where..."LOL"
SEARCH MINERALS & APPIA ENERGY are my two favorite Canadian REE plays. Search because of how far along they are now & Appia because of the "Grades" they are encountering....TMRC & NIOBF for the U.S....
