Only Claim 1 was canceled, the rest of the patent was pursued and granted. This has happened in the past as well.

The patent is not canceled. I think he saw that 1 claim from the patent is canceled and is assuming it’s canceled from page 1. There are many claims sometimes certain claims are withdrawn so that the patent ca get approved. That appears to be the case here.

IP count continues to go up almost daily.
