Exactly that's why i sold yesterday and today. This pos CEO think sharehorders investment is the only option to raise capital. Did they burn all the cash they have 2 months ago because i think that was over $3Mil? Also if they need more capital, they need to damn get a line of credit or a bank loan and stop diluting an already bloated oustanding shares. Everytime i think about this, it makes me mad because i am supposed to hold this stock until the drilling but when i learned that they have to dilute to raise capital that's when i pulled the plug. i may buy back if this hit .0215 for a flip but until proven oil production, this is only good for flipping. Show us the oil and investors will storm no matter how high is the stock price.
