Sure. Lower Courts Rule (just an example, it's never going to happen) that Treasury has to re-pay the GSE's for the overpayments taken via the NWS. Great. We won the ruling. Now what? Who exactly is going to enforce this ruling? I know on paper it seems cut and dry, but how does a court enforce a ruling on this particular defendant?
Look, this is simply the case of the WRONG defendant which was exacerbated by not pursuing including the challenging of the legality of the conservatorship itself. Just look at the last 13 years and it should be self explanatory why the mule will never get the carrot.
