I wonder how IMCR study protocol is going to handle elevated LFTs which have to be expected as T cells are Re-directed against hepatocytes harboring HBV reservoir? May be tricky they want to see some elevation (on target effect) but have to have some way to differentiate from liver tox especially for a virus that already can compromise the liver.
