A good example of a strawman argument would be claiming a 80% discount is impossible because the agreement says a 30% discount to current market.....even though it is in response to a claim that issuing shares now would have an 80% discount to when they were purchased.
Apples and Oranges......but that is all our dimwit CEO can offer.
