Perhaps, although I always wonder if I'd be happy if the brakes on my car only failed 5% of the time.

I'm only partially sarcastic here. I realize 100% isn't realistic in this application, but if I was managing it, I would set the bar much higher.

I will agree that 5% in this case wouldn't mean the sky is falling, although I'd carry an umbrella.
