The SEC does not have the resource to policy garbage pinkies. But they will be implementing a new delisting policy on 9/28/21 which will clean up a large percentage of the scams. Unfortunately I've seen the R/S used like this far too many times over the years. They did not break the law. That is the problem. The laws are what should change.
