on June 15, 2021, it entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire all of the outstanding stock of SalSon Logistics, Inc.

The transaction is scheduled to close ninety (90) days after the execution of the SPA, subject to the completion of satisfactory due diligence by the Company.

I believe we'll get it this month :)
