Yes, Samsung must face the music. If they seem bitter..... oh well.
Steal another's technology for your own gain and use it for years?
They have nothing to be bitter about. If I am Chuck I take them to the cleaners. Get all that I can from them NOW via damages. The double whammy comes when Samsung has to keep using NetList technology in order to keep ahead of the competition breathing down their neck. (Pay the licensing too.)
NetList has been used and abused by players in the industry for years. Time NetList got their money back with compound interest.
The price of reward to NetList has to be steep in order to prevent future abuse by others. Hope the judge sees it that way too. This is total bull shit.
This goes for both Samsung and especially Google who thinks they are above EVERYTHING and EVERYONE.
Or both companies can try to develop their own kick ass memory technology themselves. Good luck with that~! Never happen in a million years.
Both companies are screwed, blued, and about to be tattooed.
