The value of the stock is not by its market speculation and we sure have our measures and actions well planned. While we may still be able to file at least under Alternate reporting system, we will not be doing so if it not to the long term merit and interest of the company.
In the worst, we bring Indian Company ADRs or scrips onto the US OTC and we will file to move under Reg A+ / SPAC but what is important for us is preserving the shareholder value in its right sense and not in rush that erodes core intrinsic values we built these 5 long years.
