UB, McBride has NOT backed off getting 10 million...

shares of SEVU for peanuts... The only impediment he has now, is to find cash to buy it with, as I believe he fully intended to borrow from the Cash in the Kitty to complete the purchase...

At the end of June, he still owed:......$325,000

Plus return of what he owed cash:....$277,000

Plus interests on the 6 Q's Loans: ± $100,000

Grand Total:...................................± $702,000

$702,000 is what he's going to have to PAY SEVU in the near term, which should see the company through till the end of the year, WITHOUT any PP...
