Be that as it may TF, we cannot dispute the fact the the shell is worth $$$$$ to someone.
So, even if he decides to finally throw in the towel, why not sell the shell and get some more $$$$$$$$$$$, why let it die and collect 0.00???
He has over $500k in this IMHO, granted tipping money for some, a dream for most!!!!
