YOURE THE ONE WHO DONT UNDERSTAND THAT THE RULE APPLIES ONLY TO THE DISTIBUTIONS UNDER THE POR.

IT IS NOT A GENERAL RULE WHEN LBHI IS IN GOING CONCERN.. LBHI HAVE ITS OWN DECISION ON WHEN TO REDEEM OR NOT TO REDEEM ANY OF ITS DEBT EVEN BEFORE MATURITIES.

Thats the reason LBHI trying to purchase the debt capping at $25000 for more than $25K claims thru class 9.They probably buy CTs in the open market,but they already issued 1 big share for equity classes only,that includes CTs as well IMO.
