That's a good point. Fair enough.

So, maybe we should hold off judgement until we see who the new attorney is once they announce a reverse merger (as they likely will). In the past, Jackson Morris has been the attorney for both parties (for SSOF and for the company being merged into the SSOF shell). And, sure enough, those deals fell through (got "rescinded") after a few months. Seems to me that if my company is actually buying your company, you're not going to want to use my attorney to handle the legal work...
