Interesting update posted today on the CYDY v Rosenbaum, et al. case...

Having been advised by the parties of their inability to resolve a discovery dispute, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a discovery dispute Telephone Conference is set for 9/2/2021 at 02:00 PM before Judge Maryellen Noreika. The opening letter (not to exceed three (3) pages) is due 8/31/2021 and the answering letter (not to exceed three (3) pages) is due 9/1/2021. Counsel shall provide a teleconference dial-in number and code for the teleconference by emailing this Court's judicial administrator. ORDERED by Judge Maryellen Noreika on 8/31/2021.
