Does George have any companies that are “ FULLY REPORTING SEC FILER”?
Or just OTC ones that are not considered fully reporting?
Or is he assuming the Form 15 that was filed years and years ago that was questioned by FINRA and now in the hands of the SEC to decide was indeed illegal and he will attempt to catch up and file with SEC as if that didn’t happened?

Making a pink sheet current by SEC rules does not mean or make it a “ FULLY REPORTING SEC FILER”.
