I didn't avoid it. Ch 11 dismissed. Ch 15 terminated. CCAA terminated and Bioamber emerged from them all. And based on what the GM of LCY says they actually paid and the KERP Charge being paid in full I AM DAM SURE PwC omitted a lot.

Funny how you cherry pick portions out of the reports that don't fit 4,340,000 for all the assets.

Also funny that PwC decided to remove all the documents regarding the CCAA case for Bioamber before it all actually comes out. Or is that a translation issue well?? Maybe a 5g issue?? Maybe a WiFi issue??
