Not factual and no LOL or other similar language needed. It is 3.75% in the GREEN as I write at .0075 and no it didn't open at .006 which wasn't even possible this morning. It's trading within a certain range as it has been right along. If it draws back more it will move right back up as it has done many many times IMO.
