Its very much extremely unlikely that you or me could have an impact on the Castellum Inc. stock price. The most significant base of common stock holders and Preferred stock holders with a couple hundred million shares as per the "Disclosure Statement Pursuant to the Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines" for the period ended June 30, 2021 .... will represent the impact to the stock price WHEN they begin unwinding their Castellum Inc. stock holdings in order to get back their return on investment whether that be their time investment or relatively slight miniscule dollar investment. My guess is that such activity would happen in the period of listing Castellum Inc. on the NYSE etc.

Castellum, Inc. hopefully in the not too distant future will become a larger pool of individual profitable federal contracting units/divisions that a larger federal contractor will find useful for its own growth. Economies of scale can work very well in the federal government contracting sector. But again I hope for more Castellum Inc. acquisitions of business units with Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts.

"Restricted" stock issued to owners of companies acquired by Castellum Inc., may become unrestricted at some future point and their shares along with the shares held by "Officers/Directors/Owners" (Mark Fuller, Jay Wright, Laurie Buckhout, etc.) as stated on pages 12 and 13 of the above referenced document will generate a large pool of stock that may become available ... Selling their stock at some point would appear to be realistic process.
