The filings could have been to apply for otc in april but to get current status those filings I didn't think were filed until now.

HPIL could not do any quarterly or annual filings until they were OTCIQ approved. Look up everyone what OTCIQ is required for with an OTC company. A company has to be OTCIQ approved in order to upload those filings which HPIL put out a news release on August 1st saying they were OTCIQ approved at that time, on August 1st. If Stephen Brown said he did those filings in April for the quarterly and annual reports that was a either a flat out lie or he deceived everyone into thinking he did it with his quizzical talk about what he says he’s doing like he has done this whole time with everything. If he filed those quarterlies or annuals when they were approved OTCIQ then they would have been on the otc markets website already. The name change and change to lower the authorized shares filing done in April had nothing to do with the company trying to become pink current at all. If he implied in his cc’s that he did file past quarterly and annual reports to become pink current in April it was a lie. I heard him say he did filings in April in his conference calls to become pink current and he did not do what he implied he did during those conference calls because at the time they were not OTCIQ approved and he did say he filed those reports along with several other declarations about things to come with specific dates given that never came to fruition. If you don’t believe me then go back and watch those conference calls again. Trade this carefully everyone. Not saying you can’t make money still with the pumps going on now on twitter by the company but if they haven’t filed yet they will not become pink current until after they are suspended from trading by certain retail investor trading platforms. It will not flatline either, because market makers still have to buy shares from anyone selling, only there will be very limited investors to buy them at the same time since they will be suspended from most retail trading platforms and most likely will drop in price because of that. No red flags here at all, lol. All in my opinion.
