I think you may be right, that they will all split off together!! This does make it a powerhouse AND changes the share structure to WHATEVER Ashley wants it to be.

I would bet that he would change the divvy and conversion as well to make sure that people convert over. I think it may leave RSHN as a shell to fight another day with perhaps the legacy assets that it previously had.

I give my FULL THROATED support for this plan as it will get us to NASDAQ!! Fingers crossed.
