Converting Debt is requirement in Holders Agreements

This has nothing to do with Artizen, PVSP and their Debt Holder agreements require the conversion prior to change in ownership.

It is what it is, and in my view it gave us all a chance to load up with more cheap shares provided by the note holder conversions, whats not to like.
