Try emailing them at: Micheal Terrell at mterrell@panamersa.com and Pedro Borges Fiol at pborges@panamersa.com. I would offer this advice to those who are sending emails. Don't use any sarcasm in your email if you want a response. Just be straight forward and ask your questions and don't use sarcasm or be hateful. They will respond or at least Pedro will. He has replied to every email I have sent him and been very open and accessible to me.
