So this was from 7/12/21.....seemed like a ploy to drum up Mo' money, Mo' money, Mo' money.

C2A now PTOP (Peer To Peer Network) Shareholders,

I had informed people that I had been in contact with our securities attorney and he would be willing to do a group legal opinion for all shareholders who received shares as part of the Code2Action/ Peer To Peer Network settlement deal.

We cleared this arrangement with our Stock Transfer Agent and are ready to get you guys free trading shares.

In order to get your stock certificates (ONLY the shares you got as part of the C2A settlement) You must mail the following things to:

1) Mail a check payable to MOBICARD INC for $100 memo line (processing & Group Legal Opinion C2A Settlement shares)

MUST BE A CHECK NO WIRES ACCEPTED FOR ACCOUNTING PURPOSES
MUST BE CHECK PAYABLE TO MOBICARD INC.
If expedited $150
memo line: (Expedite processing group legal opinion C2A Settlement shares)

2) Photo Copy of your stock certificate you got in the settlement (just the front part)

3) 4A10 Seller Rep letter (SEE ATTACHED)

ATTENTION: If you want to be expedited you can come to the front of the line for an expedited fee of $50. To be CLEAR... If you would like to have your stock unrestricted sooner rather than later you can mail a check for $150 with a photo copy of the front of your stock certificate with the Seller Rep Letter. This will mean that you will be processed at the end of the week that we have collected checks and ensure you are in the first group to get a legal opinion. As we predict some shareholders will not act quickly. I will wait 2 weeks from the end of this week for people to get their information and checks into the company and then will process them in the 2nd tranche.

You also have your own option to contact a securities attorney and get your own legal opinion to unr4estrict your shares (this usually costs $350 per person)
