Bottom line is $9B in pandemic relief for the state of Florida (half of it received already). One hand washes the other IMO...if you think about it, the stimulus payments that families received and are receiving...think about the $250/kid each month between July and Dec 2021, will help with costs like preschool / daycare etc. The other portion of relief will come when folks file their 2021 taxes next April.
SB252 is now Florida LAW and these preschools/daycares MUST outfit their transport vehicles with child safety alarms ! Atwec is on the list (#3 spot) of only 4 approved manufacturers !!! Could be a market share of 20-25% if you think about it.
Note: The bill became law in the third week of June and we will soon be in September. Me thinks Q3 WILL show a nice revenue pop from this event alone. How could it not - these facilities must abide by the LAW or face huge fines. Florida has over 8,000 pre-schools and daycares my friend. How many vans/buses in each of their fleets ? 12/31/21 is the due date for compliance BTW. HUH
