Well that is wrong, they didn’t sell their tech, they licensed a couple of patents to Medtronic. Titan still owns the IP, can utilize it and anyone that buys Titan and ENOS can use it, use it in other systems, they could build and enhance the IP to improve it over what Medtronic licensed over 1 year ago if they choose. Question is why would Medtronic let that happen. Titan has all the leverage at this point bc they can just say offer is too low and we can find a better suitor.
