#17938 RE: Cyosol #17937

I don't disagree with anything you said but I personally don't think saying that a 3rd party gave them the data and then the 3rd party saying they didn't create a certain chart is a lie but none of that would matter to me either way.

Company files trial protocol with the FDA. A 3rd party runs the trial. Company gets data after the trial is complete from the 3rd party. Company meets with fda to discuss all the data once trial is complete then gets guidance from the FDA. In this case they shocked everyone and got a SPA. They don't have to guess if their trial will be pivotal. They know what is required. How would you possibly fake safety? Couldn't any single patient blow you up then? Makes no sense to me.

Now if they misrepresented the efficacy data in a positive light at AAIC then who knows? I'm not even sure that's the case but the FDA's job as a regulator is to ensure these trials are safe primarily and then determine the degree of efficacy. That's what patients and doctors expect. As for share price drop, I certainly understand there is added risk due to the accusation. Just be ware that it can happen to any of us unfortunately. A group of shorts could do the same to anyone. Share price gets crushed and damage done before veracity is proven either way.
