I agree. And along with the current issue's, it makes me nervous that The Goulding family and many other scammers were or possibly are still involved with RSHN. And why did Heliosdx need RSHN in the first place. Was it just to get the investor base and save time to uplisting? I invested heavily in the Gouldings POTN and lost it all. The only reason I'm here is because my shares of RSHN were not worth selling years a few years back. I really hope I don't tell myself "I told you so"!

I had a large investment in this and cut it down this last and this week.
There were some other plays on OTC that were too good to pass up. That said,
I still kept a fairly good position here. I look at it this way.. In most
cases, they have kept their word. Rather than do the R/S, they are trying
another method that should reduce the O/S and attract investors. If we had
more information right now, such as Div date, we'd probably be over a penny.
They also plan for growth with more acquisitions. Maybe by year end, we'll
be at .05 cents. If so, it was worth the wait. I think PPS will get there.
