What is amusing (sorta sad also) is the screams you would hear if 13D nominated ANYONE with a similar background. And rightfully so

Can you imagine the rabbit holes people would be going down IF 13D nominated a math teacher for the board?? Can you imagine if 13D states they plan to purchase XYZ (similar to prosta) --that they will NOT hold a shareholder vote for the purchase. Where is the outrage??--it was already done. Can you imagine if 13D said -EVEN IF THE SEC REQUIRES A VOTE--we will do what we want REGARDLESS of the vote outcome!! Where is the outrage??--nodder already did that --and the sheep said --you should get a bonus of shares for your business acumen, sand man nodder!!
