The Prohibited Service Provider List includes attorneys, accountants, auditors, investor relations firms and other service providers that have been convicted of criminal activity, are subject to an SEC or Penny Stock bar, or OTC Markets Group has determined that it cannot rely on their work.
Attorneys that appear on this list may not provide Attorney Letters with respect to Current Information pursuant to OTC Markets Attorney Letter Guidelines.
