However they have no disclosures , but will give them that they show the Profile updated in OTC this month. However both have Dennis Alexander as CEO (EFIR includes his wife) . No disclosures yet , they can disclose anytime in the OTC once they have their OTCIQ set up . BSSP said they had it done two months ago in those PR's by OTC scammer JV who published it . -- b. Who is putting out info , ? who is they ? have you seen any name attached to an SOS for either that is active . if so post it , they are not active. -- c. It goes on and on , but one has yet to post any link showing the current CEO , Board, Filings, Disclosures, SOS and so forth anywhere for either of these. If Dennis Alexander is behind then , buyer beware he does it over and over out there, but google his name .
