KBLB stated (in an official SEC document) just a few days ago the following:

"We currently do not have patent rights to the products we are seeking to develop".

When it comes to a conflict between something that someone on the internet says vs an official SEC document posted by KBLB itself, I will side with the SEC document EVERY TIME.
