Probably because another week has gone by and still no amended Q's. WTF.... If Alios is waiting for Q4 that would be a mistake as we will be at the end of the OTC queue to be reviewed once again and Sept. is rapidly approaching. People are getting nervous and selling. We can get current with Q2 and Q3 alone. My understanding is he has them what's he waiting for?
