Fair point, if that reduction is so statistically significant as to be highly unlikely to be due to chance, which is a tall order in a 120 patient study.

The logistics of manufacture and supply of what we all hope (but some like me doubt) will be a widely-used life saving drug are rightly foremost among FDA's concerns- they should be ours too.

If you can't get access to this drug, then its efficacy is frankly irrelevant, and drug supply is actually quite a tricky matter.

Not least for a two person band like IPIX which has always focused more on selling stock than developing product.
