not sure what you are trying to accomplish here, but the math is difficult to ascertain with regards to berbera.
If the reserves are there, provable, drilled and verified, cost of extraction becomes insignificant, in the true sense of that word.
as for the value of those reserves, and their potential, I am of the opinion they could very well be monsterous due to the close proximity and geographical on strike with yemeni and saudi reserves, however much needs to be established in this regard.
Mind you at this time, we are waiting for confirmation that somaliland will honor this psa agreement, prior to commencing with the necessary groundwork. More than anyone i would love the chance to work up that math, but I am leaving it to larry to detail and confirm the plan of action, anything else at this time is a little premature.
Certainly the suggested numbers are something like this

current OS is 59 million so raw pps conversion without expenses is somewhere near $235/share, but these figures leave a lot out of the equation , not to mention we are long off a known confirmed agreement and there will be hell to pay for jv's, extraction, psa fees and cuts,so the math here is best left for future consideration once more facts are released to the public. I don't know nor do I care how that german promoter came to his 12 euro idea, but it is not hard to see how he did so, given the basic real fundamentals at hand at present.
Word of strong caution though, there are many geopolitical, legal, and factual concerns that need to be verified and weighed into the whole picture, i place absolutely no faith in any of these calculatons at present.
Our fearless leader needs to step the plate at some point with some finite details long before I place any credence in math on that project. not a pump, not a bash, just common sense
