We know we have at least another 300+ million in dilution coming from the law suit. When that starts know one here knows. I see nothing stipulating a time frame or pps as to when it can take place. I'm assuming it's already taking place "PAUL" in the new M. as well as others over the last few days that havent been sellers up till now. I i think they are well under way. Them raising the A/S doesn't concern me at all, it's just a # at this point.
