If someone actually received inside information on UBQU not publicly available. As you know that would be a major violation of SEC Regulations subjecting both parties to severe Federal penalties. So my take on any communication would have been limited to pleasantries or perhaps "we're working as a company to do what we can" type of mailings.
Regardless, at the moment nothing has really changed. It's totally up to the company at this point to make the filings necessary. And hopefully for shareholders they will accomplish that mission soon. GLTY!!
