Yes…ceo of Hpil was announced as new ceo of stgz ….they still need to update that info at NY SOS and otc markets….also, they (and 40 other otc comp.) need a new atty as the one they have listed on their fins and otc markets is now a prohibited service provider….needing to appoint a new atty may have delayed things here a week or 2…..new ceo is bringing at least one or more of hpil’s divisions into stgz….with a 10ml share float and a clean balance sheet, this could go on a tear soon ….new ceo was supposed to give us an update by the eow , but maybe it’ll be next week
