SIPC is simply 2 guys with PR machine. SIPC PR's every so often, adds a partner to also dump shares and its a wash, rinse and repeat operation. Look back at the 82 PR's and its always the same at what they did.
SIPC never intends to have any products ever. The pot grow light scam was a favorite of many. They had drawings, orders and were supposedly filling and shipping products yet they never made a pot grow light.
They need to stay current to keep the scheme in play.
