The word has been out on vplm for years. It's a dog. A dud. Patents are worthless... The pro side is so desperate for good news that when there is even semblance, they tend to go waaay overboard on the reactions and then reality hits a few days later. Any rulings that spike the price are great and smart investors will use it to recoup their losses. I don't expect this to hold to long, but great if it does. I don't care unless I see 50 cents. I don't think vplm will ever get an infringment ruling. If they do, it'll get overturned. And I don't see anyone ever buying the patents.
