You misunderstood the post. I expressed no concern over the method of the release but rather the source of the release and the way they got their information.

I was responding to:
"Hopefully we hear encouraging results, promptly, via a prompt(timely) notice by a pr, 8k, or national coverage by a major station/ or cdc itself."

I know the SEC's policy regarding release of material information via social media.

I expect the the Company will release the results via a PR and an SEC filing if they're good and an SEC filing alone if they aren't, a la Prurisol. And of course I expect the initial report of results to come from the Company, no matter how they choose to publish them.
