ADMP over the years has been nothing but major screw ups I agree,but..

We need also to look hard about what they have zero control over now.

1) NY Southern Court being satisfied all the information provided per subpoena is enough for us to then be able to release Q1 & Q2 results getting us us in Nasdaq compliance. See how All 3 of those things can be resolved all together at once but up to the Court to start the ball rolling.

2) FDA approval ZIMHI up to FDA.

3) Start of Covid Tempol Trial up to CRO.

4)Grant funding Trial up to NIH

5) Start of Tempol GEl..up to University PA.

6) Grant funding Trial up to University PA.

7) Remainder of sale of USC real estate,equipment..up to a buyer.

AS a long off and on since 2016 I make no excuses for them.The Science is there and that is why I took a heavier position.All these can come together over the near term.
