MC2, the only real debt they have is that small 30K loan outstanding:

There is a note for $30,700 with Komodo Holdings, it is a non-interest bearing note.

The 430K debt you mention is the Accumulated earnings (deficit) which is based on the common shares outstanding @ .001 oar value. That number jumped due to the 300 million restricted. Compare prior year to current.

Trading looked better Friday and I think EXLA trends higher as we get current and closer to a PR. GLTY
