Yes, it sure appears that Mr. Sellers is being very discreet, cautious, disciplined, etc.

When news hits, the ticker changes, etc... it'll be a whole new ballgame. Hopefully with a market cap multiples higher that treats existing shareholders right. Over the long haul, for him to build the company, of course the higher the price per share, the more leverage for him relative to net worth, aquisitions, etc.
